Mudgee Weekender

At just a 40 minute flight from Bankstown, with a host of amazing food and wine experiences, and a comfortable airstrip, Mudgee is a perfect spot for a weekend away. Being my birthday weekend it was also the perfect excuse to take Billy out for her first adventure.

So last week we made the big leap… and bought our own plane. It’s crazy stupid that we’re buying a plane before we buy a house… or even a car… but we value adventure and exploration and the feeling of soaring freedom over most material things.
